We are a small project developer, each project has small number of houses with a pool and playground. Majority of the people living in the project are expat tenants with family. The children often go to the same school and because we are a small development, the roads are not busy and parents take comfort in letting their children comfortably play and cycle in the development.

The houses are designed to maximize living space and often have high number of bedrooms so that the children can have their own room and also have enough room to accommodate guests and family that often come for a visit. We have a management team to help and handle all repairs issues for all tenants especially when they just moved in to assist in the transition of moving to a new country.
